Two roles, no chaos.
Company Admin and Manager. Send team invites. Approvers are a third, document-level role for legal-review workflows.
Simple enough to use. Strict enough to trust.
Most teams need two access levels: an admin who manages billing and the team, and managers who do the work. We don't make you build a permission matrix to get there.
Company Admin
Manages billing, branding, and the team.
One admin per company minimum; you can have more. Invites and removes managers, sets the company logo, configures integrations, rotates API tokens. Cannot be locked out — there is always at least one admin.

Manager
Does the everyday work.
Sends documents, manages signers and folders, configures templates, runs mail merges. Cannot manage billing or other managers. Approver role available per document for legal-review workflows.
